Tandi Bailey - Why Wellness Travel?

Certified Travel Coach - Tandi Bailey

The beginning of my healthcare professional career in the Michigan Air National Guard was 5 months prior to the declaration of a pandemic. Burn out was real and did not let up for almost 3 years.

I yearned for balance and serenity. I am free spirit, a wanderer at heart, and I felt like my soul was being crushed. I was so burnt out that I unconsciously would let out a stress exhalation when I was pulled in different directions. My health and wellness took a toll and the first thing to be sacrificed. I knew there had to be a better way to make myself a priority as well as balance being a mom, spouse, career woman, and military member. I had to look at my daily decisions of self-care and put myself first to heal.

As a seasoned traveler and ardent wellness enthusiast, I started immersing myself in diverse cultures and healing practices. With each step I took, I discovered the power of travel to heal, inspire, and nourish the mind, body, and soul.

Driven by my passion for wellness and my innate desire to uplift others, I embarked on a new quest - to become a Wellness Travel Coach.
Armed with extensive knowledge of holistic practices, mindful living, and travel expertise, I set out to create a sanctuary for those yearning to escape the chaos of everyday life.

Eir Wellness + Travel; a brand that would take wellness seekers on an extraordinary journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. I envisioned a space where wanderlust intertwined seamlessly with mindfulness, where travel became a conduit for self-care, and where each step forward led to moments of blissful rejuvenation.

At the heart of Eir Wellness lies the belief that travel is not just about visiting exotic destinations; it is a sacred path to personal growth and inner peace.

The Eir Wellness brand is one of empowerment, embracing the beauty of imperfections, and choosing joy amidst life's twists and turns.
In a world yearning for connection, my mission is to bridge the gap between travel and well-being.

"Come, wander with me, and discover the beauty within."
